ScienceWriters2015 is hosted by Knight Science Journalism at MIT, a part of the Program in Science, Technology, and Society at the MIT School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.

Like every ScienceWriters meeting, this one is a three-way collaboration. KSJ oversees tours, field trips, parties, Lunch With a Luminary sessions, and on-campus logistics throughout the meeting. The National Association of Science Writers is responsible for the October 10 professional development workshops, the awards dinner, hotel logistics, and overall meeting communications and registration. The Council for the Advancement of Science Writing is the organizer of the New Horizons in Science briefings on October 11 and 12.
